Home2 Suites by Hilton Milwaukee West

The suites were very comfortable heater seem not to warm room correctly and management keeps saying they understaffed but never offer discount. Fridge in room full size. Plenty of cups plates and glasses in room a families use. Sofa bed a bit stiff don't recommend it for senior citizen. Main bed comfy nice blanket pillow a bit worn out if you remove cover. Bath are clean shower has low pressure. Washroom doors weird and can be looked through due to sliding door gap. Rugs in room harsh so as to withstand DOG POOP. . Yes it's dog friendly but many down owner lack sense and think people want a dog by them at breakfast. Breakfast has a self make waffle station . Eggs sausage various breads yogurt and sweets. Coffe was excellent. The staff kept food area spotless even though many parents have GOOFY kids with little manners making a mess. NO VIEWs from any room. Gym area actually has some great machines. Overall I would come again. FYI parking lot shared with mall in back so you may have trouble with parking.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They have a great lobby with lots of seating. The pool was great. Our room was spacious and had every amenity we could need. The staff absolutely went above and beyond though. They were wonderful! My car battery died while staying here and a staff member went to his car and got his own jumper cables to help me get mine started. He was wonderful.

Great comfortable hotel. Decent selection of "hotel foods" breakfast foods, Great gym. The bad: The handicap accessible shower has no less than five grab bar, however the shower floor is an ice rink.

This hotel seems very updated. The rooms were so nice and clean and new. The breakfast options were great. I didnt use the amenties but the gym looked huge!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Milwaukee West. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was one of the highlights—very close to downtown and easily accessible to local attractions and restaurants. If you’re visiting Milwaukee, this hotel’s location alone makes it an excellent choice. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The check-in process was smooth, and any requests we had were handled efficiently. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options, including healthy choices, which was a big plus for us. However, one minor issue was the indoor pool. We visited during the winter, and the pool area felt a bit chilly. It would be great if the pool temperature could be adjusted to make it more comfortable during the colder months. Overall, the hotel has a warm and modern atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Milwaukee!

Now this is what i call a hotel, friendly staff, lobby clean, elevators clean, hallway clean, as soon as I step in the room I was blown away, shower spotless, toilet spotless, tile floor spotless, carpet extra clean, couch clean, bed super clean. overall every thing was on point, best experience ever, not like the Home2 Suites located at 12845 old Meridian st in Caramel Indiana. i stayed at that hotel back in January and it was disgusting and the manager name Kelly seem to not care about it, it seems like everyone in that location just goes for the pay check, thta was the worst experience ever in my life!!! I am so glad I gave Home2 Suites another chance because this location in Milwauke has restored my admiration for this hotel chain.

Everything was good. The breakfast was basic but it was better than nothing. I do plan on staying here again. The pool was good and rooms were good and clean.

Very clean new hotel, staff was nice, the location is just ok, west allis overall looked pretty sketchy but the hotel is next to a fancy wedding venue so it's in a nicer area. There is a lot of parking and it's free, right behind and to the side of the hotel. This is weird but their tap water tastes really good. I think they might have an extra filter system on their water because I was expecting the tap water to be gross but it tastes the same as from a Brita. It's also right next to a strip mall with many stores and there is a Mexican restaurant and pizza hut in there that's like a 1 minute walk from the hotel
